Are you in the market for a new bike that can take you from road to gravel and beyond? Look no further than the Wilier Rave SLR. I recently purchased this beauty from Martin at Italian Cycle Experience, and I couldn’t be happier with both the bike and the customer service.
First things first, the Wilier Rave SLR is a gorgeous machine. The matte black finish with the subtle blue accents gives it a sleek and stealthy look, and the frame itself is a work of art. But looks aren’t everything, and thankfully the Rave SLR delivers in performance as well.
One of the main reasons I chose the Rave SLR is its versatility. With the ability to swap out the road tires for gravel ones, I can take this bike on any surface I please. And let me tell you, the WTB tires make a huge difference when hitting the gravel. They provide much more grip and stability than traditional road tires, making off-road adventures much more enjoyable.
But perhaps the best part of this purchase was the customer service I received from Martin at Italian Cycle Experience. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire buying process, from helping me choose the right bike for my needs to making sure it was properly fitted to me. He even threw in some extra goodies, like select the color of my bar tape, two water bottles and cages, which was a nice surprise.
Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase of the Wilier Rave SLR from Italian Cycle Experience. It’s a fantastic bike that can handle any terrain, and the customer service I received was top-notch.
